1.  Cancelling or Rearranging your Appointment

Cancelling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice by phone or email.

Product Deliveries

After ordering your oil(s) online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. 

  • Orders under $70 (including GST) have a flat rate of $8.00 (urban/standard delivery) or $11.00 (rural delivery) and are sent via NZ Post Courier

  • Receive FREE delivery on orders over $70 (including GST)

  • Couriers are sent Monday-Friday only

  • All orders fully trackable with NZ Post tracking codes

If you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss further.

Gift Vouchers

3.  Gift Vouchers​

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for the treatment/s nominated, or the original card purchase value can be used towards your choice of products or services offer by Found.

  • Gift Voucher numbers should be quoted at the time of booking your appointment and presented on arrival.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Please keep your voucher safe as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

PayPal

You can use your credit/debit card purchases on this website which will be processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway.  This process is easy, quick and secure and ensures that your credit/debit card and personal details are kept protected and safe.​

​Your payment will be processed for the full amount and charged against your credit/debit card at the time of checkout.

Payments will appear on your statement under the name Invisible Ink (trading as Found Skin).

AfterPay

We accept AfterPay.​  You will need to have your own AfterPay account set up in order to use this facility.  As per their requirements, there is a minimum order of $35.
